Just so you know, I saw variations of this one ask a bunch of times in the two hours after I posted my Respawn portrait. Do Respawn fans have a hive mind or something? x)

Don't mind his grumpy face, he's struggling with conflicting feelings about maybe still wanting to fuc- stab Dami.

Omega/omega damispawn…. Rami who is SO BAD at building nests that he just shares Damian’s….. sharing heats…. Sharing partners…. Trying to mark each other but not having sharp enough fangs…. Scenting…. Being so needy in heat that they just grind against each other…. Damian fingering/prepping rami because he’s never had an actual partner during heat before (I think Ra’s made him take suppressants…)

Lots to imagine here. I normally like alpha Dami because most fics (in general not just damispawn or the fandom) are A/O but…..

The Lazarus Pit has to have a long-term effect on secondary genders in the Omegaverse, right? If Ra's was an alpha, what if after so many times being revived via the Pit, using it to maintain his youth, he doesn't have ruts anymore? Can barely smell anyone else's pheromones or produce his own? He can’t engage with his pack to the degree he wants to, or should, as a pack alpha. Yes, he loves his children and grandchildren dearly, but he "can't bond with them" because he can't scent them. He's functionally a beta, and feels that his position as a leader is slipping.

So he contrives a plot to have Respawn created, not as an organ donor, but as the body he'll take over once it reaches maturity. His daughter's intellect and beauty, Slade's strength and regenerative abilities; he shouldn't even need the Pit after this. So, theoretically, a flawless plan.

It's just that he's a very willful child, something Ra's doesn't necessarily discourage, it bodes well that his mind is so strong-- it's only an issue when Respawn manages to break his own wrists to escape during one of his periods of being left alone, slips into the upper levels of the base, and runs headfirst into Damian, recently presented omega.

"Seems like the only one that makes Damian and Reese get along enough to sleep in the same room is Jon," Bruce observed, a soft smile on his mouth as he closed the door to Damian's room.

Alfred quirked a brow at him, knowing full well Damian and Reese get along very well without Jon's intervention. He's walked in on them enough times while searching for stray laundry. "Very good, Master Bruce," he said in agreement. He wasn't going to correct him.

"Reese" is the name I've given the short-lived character "Respawn". He is the clone of Talia Al Ghul and Slade Wilson. I headcanon that he is a trans boy and he is the same age as Damian, making them half-twins. He, Damian, and Jon are in a thruple.

Pls ask me more about my headcanons for Reese, I could yap about him forever.

Wait. Respawn actually as a half Damian clone is such a fucked up concept. Yes, this is my son, who is my own age. I didn't know he existed until last year. He's more like a brother, honestly. Sometimes we have sex, it has helped us create a stronger bond in the interim. The other parent? That guy (points to a man his father's age).
