i don't know how many people have seen this but there's an article published about 5 days ago by dan belnavis and his experiences in hamilton the musical as a black, gay, mentally-ill man.

it's a very good read that highlights the struggles that queer black people go through in the theatre industry, including a show as notoriously "progressive" as hamilton. i'm glad people are realizing the inherent whiteness of this show
