Soso, Lawrence knew MC before the whole zombie apocalypse happened, and when MC came to their group, Lawrence thought 'So destiny really does exist.'

I wonder if the zombie apocalypse didn't happen. Would MC and Lawrence ever get together? or be friends, at least? Because Lawrence did say he wanted to get to know them but also said the library wasn't a place to make friends— needed to stay at the top of his class to go to the university he wanted. In the memory, he said he didn't get to talk to MC after they lent him the umbrella

So uhh yes to the question at hand, would lawerance love MC if the apocalypse didn't happen? Would they ever get close? Was the whole reason he liked MC(beside MC being kind and not asking for favours when giving the umbrella) was because they appeared in his life again or was that just the thing that made him realise he likes MC?
