Euphony.
I keep remembering that library scene in Love Alarm where a certain melodramatic music plays. This series had made me doubt some territorial aspects where a timid person can initially declare his intentions to someone he trusts since childhood but ended-up losing because this trusted friend of his decided to pursue the person of interest. I actually thought that the story is so douche that it will go around focusing on the love story of a traumatized girl and a rich boy but the later part of the series had twisted it in a way that the timid person who had first feelings for her had finally got her. I believe in fate. I believe that whatever is right for you will not pass you by - so during that part where the timid boy is slowly claiming back the lost times, I didn’t feel annoyed as I think he deserves to win even though the traumatized girl seems to rightfully belong with the rich boy. It’s just a wee bit of madness knowing she only walked away from the rich boy earlier because of cowardice and trying to avoid a broken heart for selfish reasons. She deserves a happy ending considering of what she has been through in her life regardless who she ends up with. But at this point, I really have no idea on which of the 2 guys will get their happy ending as well - how painful it is to know that you are not the chosen one? To be chosen at first and neglected in the end? And how long does it take for a freaking feeling for someone to disappear? Does it ever stop beating at some point? Apparently, the music played in this scene is an unreleased soundtrack so all I have to play around with is the reprised version from Kdrama club which did a good job on sharing this melody on loop.
A certain memento to keep in mind on why I chose to finish this series:
