Darnice aka Rocket (II)

Darnice is Raquel Ervin's best friend and one of the few people who knew her secret that she was the superhero Rocket. When Raquel became pregnant and had to quit being a superhero to take care of her baby, she gave Darnice her costume and belt to use in her place.

Darnice took to superheroing with great gusto, learning to use the belt n ways that Raquel hadn't figured out yet. 

When Augustus aka Icon returned from his intergalactic trial, she returned to her normal life and Raquel became Rocket again.

Gerri Brauer aka Donner and Valerie Kameya aka Blitzen

Gerri Brauer is the granddaughter of a Nazi geneticist who renounced her families ways and used her superpowers of super strength and invulnerability to join the superhero team Shadow Cabinet.

Valerie Kameya is a Japanese-American scientist who developed a formula to allow her mind and body move faster than a normal human. She joined the Shadow Cabinet to use her super speed to aid others.

They'd later fall in love and the two (along with a few others) would break off from the Shadow Cabinet to form the team heroes.

Puff & Coil

Puff and Coil are two enemies of Static who enjoy teaming up together. Coil can control any rope-like substance, while Puff emits a noxious gas.

They tried to defeat Static in order to earn street cred, but were defeated themselves.

Frieda Goren

Frieda Goren is a young Jewish woman and Virgil Hawkins's friend who learns he's Static after he gets injured protecting her in a fight against villain Hotstreak. She promises to keep his secret, but she is hesitant to start a relationship with him due to him constantly being in danger and her last boyfriend being shot to death.

It's very obvious she has feelings for him, however.

A Flash Forward twenty years into the future show her and Virgil are married and have two children, both of whom have his electrical powers.

Kahina Eskandari aka Iron Butterfly

Kahina was born in Pakistan but fled to America after her parents were murdered. She joined the Shadow Cabinet after revealing that she had ferrokinetic powers. Kahina formed a suit that protected her and allowed her to fly and called herself Iron Butterfly.

Kahina and the team leader Dharma fell in love, and the two remained loyal to each other, with her being field commander alongside his leadership.

Isadora Wellington-Smith aka Iota

Isadora was an Australian scientist, who after a lab accident, gained the ability to shrink herself and objects. She also became a kleptomaniac after this incident, even though she was not desperate for money.

She soon joined the Shadow Cabinet, but left with a few other members to form another team called Heroes.

Nina Lam aka Kwai

Kwai is a mystical warrior believed to have existed to protect the Chinese from demonic harm. The spirit then inhabits a new body after the old one dies, ensuring their people's protection forever more.

She is now incarnated as Chinese-American teenager Nina Lam, and joins the Blood Syndicate to protect people, and able to turn herself into the Kwai being in times of danger.

Sara Quinones aka Flashback

Sara is a Bang Baby from Dakota City who gained the power to move three seconds back in time. She joined the team The Blood Syndicate, who used her and her powers to save team members from dying. Seeing her friends dying and then not dying traumatized her enough for her to turn to drugs, mostly crack.

Later, Rocket helps her get off of the crack and back on her feet as a well-adjusted superhero.
