Variance : Dry Hopped with a Blend of Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Candied Turbinado Sugar, and Candied Coconut Sugar
Talk about a damn good DIPA, am I right? Oh wait, you probably don’t know. Probably because you probably haven’t tasted this but I probably don’t give a shit because you probably should taste it ASAP so you should probably back the fuck off. Sorry, that escalated quickly. This is one of those beers that even though it didn’t exactly nail the flavor advertised, it still absolutely killed it on taste and I couldn’t be happier about it. A creamy sweet citrus blast starts this off with a fantastic creamsicle flavor mixing in afterwards with that vanilla mixing in with some orange-y hops before ending with a mild marshmallow flavor along with a bittersweet kick to wrap things up. Honestly, this beer just brings back memories of being a boy scout camping in the wilderness with my friends while abruptly being woken up in the middle of the night by my scout master jamming a stack of merit badges in my mouth while he practiced his knot tying on me. Needless to say, I didn’t actually get diddled but I did love toasting marshmallows around an open fire and even thought his beer doesn’t recreate that for me, it’s given me an official beverage for enjoying bonfires and just living life so I couldn’t recommend it more. This is another DIPA that I think would be perfect for every drinker so get out there and make me proud.
