just got back from new york and it was THE PERFECT trip ever. i can't wait to go back. i have some post-vacay depression rn but alas.

started new job and it's AWESOME and pays well! love all my coworkers so far, my supervisor is chill, customers so far have been cool. yippee!

i've been on my phone less and less, so i deleted all social media apps (except insta bc of my career :/) so i won't be checked dms/inbox/mentions as frequently. that being said ...

the dash really hasn't been sparking a lot of joy for a couple of months now and i've been having artist block ALL AROUND. writing, drawing, designing, etc. so i'm going to start transitioning my interactions to disc servers as much as possible. MEANING, if you follow me, and would like to write with me, please feel free to add me @ psych1cwound <3

if you're not interested in writing on disco and have no interest in following a mildly inactive blog, please feel free to hardblock me. it kinda is a bummer, but i feel like it'll help w my mental clutter. if you're okay with not writing frequently, but we enjoy each other's presence or wanna chat, feel free to keep following! i just want to be clear with my intentions as of right now.

i do love my mutuals, i love writing, i love chatting, but idk. it's been a real weird time for me lately, creatively and personally, so i want to focus on building relationships and having some steady moving threads on disco.

this is the most unhinged shit ever 😭 I am literally latino and I grew up surrounded by Chicano culture ,,, I was out there going to barrio block parties and shit. Chicano culture is not a “stereotype” it’s actually very beautiful and not our fault that we’ve been stereotyped for all yalls weird cartel/crime/LA dramas. If you don’t like me incorporated my own culture into my characters you can deep throat a cactus, babe!

ok so like. the deal is. i’ve been wanting to write, but have been lacking the time and motivation to do so. i’m soooo thirsty to write and plot and all of that. but the thing is that i’ve been busy for such good reason, and i’m like. excited to be celebrating christmas, i went on a few dates for the first time since like HIGH SCHOOOOL, i’ve been hanging out w my pals, my band is getting picked up to play some shows out of state, my health has been more or less steady ... dare i say, i’m having a very very good time lately so that’s why i’ve been absent <3 idk just excited to share that with y’all bc i feel like the past few months i haven’t been able to catch a break so this is so neat !!! 

i hope to return to my gay lil blogs soon. i’ll probs fill up the queue and tackle my drafts as i get the chance, bc there’s some really fun threads i’d like to continue. but otherwise !!! consider this a semi-hiatus, or just a notice that my activity is going to heavily vary depending on if i finally sit down and get around to writing.
