Targeted Defense Technique... Elbow Strike. Throw all your weight and power into the strike. You're goal is to break or crush something so he'll let go of you. Remember, one strike, unless you're really lucky, will probably be needed to incapacitate your attacker.
Don't wait to learn how to defend yourself! Getting fit will definitely help, but learn techniques now to keep you safer.
I agree... this is not a good tactic. Use a kubotan, pepper spray or other weapon made for self defense instead.
