The typical strategy for a job has Derek on point. Distractions, info gathering, and swiping shinies are among his specialties. Adversaries also find him particularly annoying. Once Derek's got the situation under control (or things get wildly out of control) the anchor steps in. Jackie's skills include intimidating, planning, and pummeling. Guess which is his favorite!
Before venturing out into the world, Derek had to learn some tricks back home. Ones that save his skin to this day.
