Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake Pops - Irresistible Treats
Rich chocolate brownies and smooth vanilla ice cream go well together in these brownie popsicles. They're the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth on a stick.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 quart vanilla ice cream. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour brownie batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool completely. Once cooled, crumble the brownies into small pieces. In a separate bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream until it's easy to stir. Mix the crumbled brownies into the softened ice cream. Spoon the brownie ice cream mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!

You can enjoy the classic flavors of tiramisu in a cool treat with these Tiramisu Ice Pops. A tasty dessert on a stick is made with mascarpone cheese, rich coffee and cocoa, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of vanilla. Crushed ladyfinger cookies are sprinkled on top.
Ingredients: 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4-6 ladyfinger cookies, crushed.
Instructions: Chilled coffee, heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed. Fill up each ice pop mold about three quarters of the way to the top with the mixture. Place a few crushed ladyfinger cookies in each mold and gently press them into the mixture. Put ice pop sticks into the molds and freeze them for at least four hours, or until they are solid. In order to get the tiramisu ice pops out of the molds after they have frozen, run them under warm water for a short time. Serve right away and enjoy!
