Just a quick update since i’ve been dead for the past... while. I know I already take a lot of time between updates, but I’ve recently landed a full time job, and to be really frank, I’m dead working around 44 hours a week and I need some time to adjust, as well as work on finding an apartment. I don’t plan on abandoning SkyClan, I’m just going through a tumultuous time and I don’t have much time or muse, so I apologise.

is firestar still the smallest cat in thunderclan. this information is very important.

Yes! He is still tiny and pretty much everyone else in ThunderClan is massive comparitively. Cloudtail would be the closest to him in size.

Will Firestar end up with a partner/mate, and possibly kits at any point?

Not that I have planned. I don’t think it’s going to happen -- personally, I would actually like if Firestar ended up ace in this story.

I really like what you're doing with Tawnypelt so far, with how her pragmatism doesn't always fit in with the rest of Shadowclan. I'm looking forward to seeing more of her in the future. Out of curiosity, does she often get to talk to Brambleclaw at Gatherings or is that kind of frowned upon?

Thank you! I was very excited to write her and I’m sure she’ll remain one of my favourites throughout the arc.

Generally, she gets to talk with Brambleclaw and Goldenflower pretty often at gatherings. ShadowClan is made up of quite the hodpodge, so I imagine they aren’t as strict. It’s different to them from having half-clan kits, because none of them necessarily went against the code. Switching clans isn’t entirely unheard of, and it would be unfair to Tawnypelt and her family to demand she had no contact.

1) I really like your writing! Tawny was always one of my favorites and I was always sort of sad about how she got pushed aside after everything ended. I also love Juniper and my little man Crow.(I'm aware a lot of people dislike him in the fandom, but he was always one of my favorite characters, despite admittedly not being the best with his choices. 2)Dunno if you said, but what are you going to do with Night and Breeze

1) Thank you! That’s always very nice to hear and I’m excited to do some better justice to these characters. I never liked Crow, and as a personality, I don’t like Crowstorm in that he is really not the kind of person I would get along with, but I feel like the changes I made to his character were good.

2) This is primarily spoiler territory, but Spiderflower (p. Nightcloud) is still eventually Crowstorm’s mate, and Batstorm (p. Breezepelt) is still their son. The family dynamic is switching up, though.
