Head canons for Declan and Juliette

With Alex in rehab, Declan became the only person (other than her parents) to know about her record deal before it was done

Alex most definitely does not approve or trust Declan with Juliette at first, it takes him a while to come around

Declan puts more effort than anyone would have expected into making sure that group plans are Juliette friendly – sometimes that means toning things down, sometimes that means noise cancelling headphones and planning time to go somewhere quiet without the others so Jules can reset

Mini golf is very competitive between them

Kingston likes to give Declan shit about how he slept with Juliette first – never in any way derogatory to Juliette, just annoying little brother things

They both put in effort to be more comfortable in each other's worlds, Jules working on grounding techniques and tools for doing things in public/crowds and Declan learning to enjoy Jules' more quiet and lowkey taste
