Being a Gundam fan I’m shocked I've never heard of this one. I’ll do my research but at first glance it doesn’t look like what I’m looking for. But I know what I’m looking for is hyper specific.

hey did you ever figure out what that movie was with the skinless dude who has a bad case of pincer mouth?

Yep, it was The Nest from 1988.  You can find it on youtube.  that scene's at the very end along with some other body horror stuff, but it made the movie worth it to me.
