Pulled Brisket Egg Sandwich with Dill Cheese and Chipotle Cucumber Vinaigrette Salad 

Every morning I get the honor of waking to a mass of people waiting to be seated at the restaurant Egg. When I moved into my apartment It amazed me that day after day this little hole in the wall directly across the street was packed beyond belief. Although it's rare that I eat out in NY, I had to see if this place lived up to the hype. Im happy to say that Egg is really the only recurring restaurant I find myself eating at in NY. They specialize on local fresh ingredients which are highlighted in a very simple but elegant Menu. This breakfast dish was influenced by the numerous meals I've sampled at Egg. I tried to keep the meal simple and highlight the fresh ingredients from our Paisley Farm CSA(community serviced agriculture). If your ever in Williamsburg, check out Egg on North 5th and Bedford.
