I always love angsty Legal Business art. They're my favorite divorced couple ever.

I don't think Dale would ever show his true emotions in front of anyone except Evelyn, since she was there for him at his lowest, BUT even still it would take a few years into their post-divorce arc to get to that point. What he CAN do in front of her is drop his "Dimmadome" persona. He can be his normal depressed self around her without caring. Same with Evelyn, she doesn't need to be a "practiced lawyer" around her ex-husband.

A year ago today I gave Evelyn Anderson a name and decided she would be Dale Dimmadome's ex-wife.

It's also funny how people forget Evelyn is NOT a good person. She goes where the money goes, she's worked for the world's shadiest CEOs, and my favorite fun fact is her being the leading cause as to why minimum wage is so low. Dale is also a very bad dancer, but you know what choreography he never forgot? His wedding dance choreography because it needed to look good for the public. Can't wait to draw and comission them in these same poses as a married couple from the past.
