Utahraptor was about 6 ft tall as far as we know. It could fit your whole head in its mouth.
All doors leading to new rooms have been removed so you can't simply lock yourself behind a door and wait. However, doors to cupboards, closets, bathroom stalls, and other temporary hiding spots remain.
You do not have any weapons unless you use something commonly found within the enclosed area you choose
The Winchester Mystery House is a gothic styled mansion that was constantly being renovated by a woman under distress in the early 1900s. It contains many regular rooms, but also stairs that lead to nowhere and doors that lead to a sudden drop that could kill you. People pretend its haunted to make money off of tours. It is not haunted in this scenario.
Remember: the utah raptor does not specifically have it out for you (its an animal) and although it would be difficult, it would be possible to intimidate it or scare it if you found the right tools
