Personally, I love the Jedi because they show compassion to all. They’re good people who are just so loving and kind. (Not to mention a lot of them are just fun to watch. They’re all distinct and watching them play off each other and the friendships they form (and how each express their love for other Jedi and their Clones) is just really good.)

Mood!

Their endless compassion is something that always get me soft. Mace to Zillo Beast, saving his men, and the fact all he want is to save the Twi'lek when Ryloth's senator is more worried about Syndulla.

If I start gushing of every single of them, it would be endless.

Yes, they are all so distinct have a very neat characterization and funny sense of humor too. All the various attires that sometime originated from their birth culture and even with robes all of them can be very distinct, Like from the get go in opening of AOTC we are introduced to Yoda, Mace and Ki-Adi have very different styles :3

Also for all people keep saying Mace doesn't have fun, he smile in amusement when he is with Jar Jar or Anakin XD

The friendship they form!!! Obi-Wan and Hondo probably the most hilarious one because they meet in the wrong foot but then Hondo is just like strays who likes to poke Obi-Wan all the time XD Mace actually grow fond of Jar Jar and poor zillo beats :( and all their friendship with their men (the one where mace watched his men fondly and then exchanged smiled with ponds in liberty of ryloth)

But yeah, yeah! Jedi is friendshaped! Pass it on!

I just rewatched vol1-2 with my roommates since they haven’t seen the show yet, and it really just reminded me of how much I love and miss Pyrrha. If they can use this as a way to let us see her again at least for a little whole, I would be so happy

Oh heck yeah! Eugene is there almost every day at Disneyland! There’s a little stage show at the Royal Theater, and 95% of the time after the first two shows (there’s three) he and Rapunzel do meet and greets. But then they also do meet and greets across the courtyard!

I think a lot of it is that media overplays the importance of romantic relationships. In most shows, romance is the most intimate and close a relationship can bet, so a lot of people look to shipping to see close bonds involving their favorite characters. There's a reason most people's favorite ships tend to involve their favorite characters from a series. (Also it could just have to deal with the fact that a lot of people are just thirsty af.)

Ah, I suppose. And I doubt this horrible shipping culture will change so long as people put such an emphasis on romance

Still, I just get kind of bored seeing only one kind of relationship explored in fandom all of the time. It’s so hard to find good sibling bonding content sometimes. Found family ensembles is more easy, but deep, supportive friendships with no romantic connotations? Good luck with some characters

And I get that people get attached, but ships (and sexuality headcanons) aren’t worth attacking real people over or worth just acting like a general jackass over
