The day was rather quiet and peaceful in a distant village, the birds were chirping and the sky was clear. Everything was righ in the world in that one day. Until the night came. Slowly, dark clouds started to fill the skies, blocking the view of the stars. A thundering sound could be heard, getting louder and louder.
It took several moments for the inhabittants of the village to realise that the sound didn’t belong to any coming storm, but to something,or someone much worse.
A huge black dragon descendend from the skies and started to circle above the villlage for a few minutes before descending into it. The beast opened it’s jaws and esmerald colored flames poured from them, engulfing buildings and whoever was in them.
With a roar she glided and landed on the biggest of them all, looking for some support. A cold, draconian like, laugh came from the reptile. After months without a sign that she was even alive, Maleficent had returned.
“Happy Valentine’s Day! I have a heart here just for you!”
Luckily, it was a chocolate coin in the shape of a heart neatly wrapped in pink foil, and not an actual heart.
Maybe that was one of the first times Gabriella had ever decided to go to the surface. She had heard about Ariel’s adventures, everyone had if she was to be honest about it, and had hope to maybe catch a glance of her friend, or maybe who knows, meet a new friend. The deaf mermaid hid behind a rcok near the shore, only her head visible to anyone looking.
