Created by Cyrus and his partner Dianne when Cyrus still worked at I.E.A. After needing to go into hiding Cyrus stole the plans for FRED making I.E.A believe that all of FRED was destroyed. FRED came to life in the junkyard and is as sarcastic as his creator. Programmed with all the laws of robotics, that, with Cyrus not wanting to create a sentient slave, FRED can opt not to obey. FRED relishes his ability to say no to helping, and as a result, has become a robot that isn't looking to make anyone's life easier. Ultimately wants to grow into a better being.

Full of “Fun Dad” energy and always on the go. Cyrus has the fantastic ability to put his thoughts into action, and there is no wait once he sets his mind on something.
He is the sarcastic, reluctant mentor of Ryan. He is secretly proud of Ryan and thinks he has the potential to become an incredible builder. Loves freedom of thought, and garish fashion prints. Hates Decaf, mundane tasks and staying in one place for too long.
