You went to the movies with your girlfriend, then grabbed something to eat. But while eating you are texting on your phone and she isn't happy.
“You have been on your phone before the movie started and until now. What is so important?” Dixie said
“Sorry, baby. But it's nothing,” You said
“Let me see your phone, Y/N” Dixie said
“No. Why would you want to see my Phone?” You said
“If you have nothing to hide then show me. All week you have been on your phone and don't pay attention to me,” Dixie said
“I’m sorry but you won't look through my phone,” You said
Dixie is angry, she stood up and walked away. You don't want her to read your texts, you paid for the food then you went after her. You and Dixie started to argue while heading to the parking lot and you two got in your car.
“Are you cheating on me?” Dixie asked
“No! I’m not cheating on you. Why would you think that?” You said
Your phone rang when you got a text from your friend. Dixie saw the girl’s name and glanced at the text before the screen locked.
“Why she wants to see you tomorrow night at one am, Y/N!?” Dixie yelled
“I’m not going to see her for sex-”
“I didn't mention sex!” Dixie yelled
“Dixie, believe me when I say I’m not cheating on you. I just don't want you going through my phone,” You said
“Just take me home, Y/N” Dixie said
“Come on, don't be like that” You said
“If you don't have anything to hide then let me look through your phone, Y/N” Dixie said
“No,” You said
“Just take me home, I don't want to be next to you,” Dixie said
You sighed. You don't tell her the truth because you don't want her to worry about you. While driving her home, you and Dixie don't say anything and she is just looking out the window. Once at her house, she just got out of the car then you go after her.
“I’m not cheating on you, I swear” You said
“Just feels like you are hiding something and you don't want to tell me for some reason,” Dixie said
Before you say a word she slammed the door on you. You sighed then walked away and got back in your car, you was going to send her a text but you changed your mind. But again, you changed your mind and you texted sorry but she left you unread. You start to drive home and you will give her some space.
A few days later…
You bought flowers and you went to see her. She did open the door but she didn't smile at you.
“I’m really sorry and I promise I’m not cheating on you. I don't like it when you are mad at me,” You said
You give her the flowers and she smells the flowers.
“I’m not going to apologize,” Dixie said
“I know. But I want us to move on from this,” You said
“You won't let me look through your phone? You could look through mine because I don't have anything to hide,” Dixie said
“I trust you. But i can't let you look through my phone, babe” You said
“Just leave, Y/N” Dixie said
She gives back the flowers and slammed the door.
“Dixie!” You yelled
You knocked on the door multiple times but she didn't open. You leave the flowers at her door step then you walk away and sigh heavily.

Dixie was on her phone talking to her friends. They want her to dump her boyfriend but she doesn't want to do that. They were never really supportive of the relationship, but Dixie has strong feelings for her boyfriend but they want her to get back with her ex-boyfriend. She eneded the call and started to think what to do about the situation. She checks her phone then she checks her boyfriend’s location. She looks at the time and it's 4 am and her boyfriend is in an unknown location. She was about to text him but she changed her mind, she quickly dressed and left her house. She starts to drive and starts to think about what she will say to him.
She parked her car and she noticted a lot of people. She gets out of her car and she starts to look around and she starts to look for her boyfriend. Then she saw him talking to a girl next to a pink car and they were laughing and talking. Dixie automatically assumed that he was flirting with her, now she is feeling angry and walks towards him.
“This is why you won't let me see your phone, Y/N!” Dixie said angrily
“Dixie!” You said in shock.
“Fianlly, I get to meet your girlfriend, Y/N. You were embarrassed to bring then she will find out the truth?” Suki laughed
“Babe, what are you doing here?” You asked
“Who is this?” Dixie asked
“My name is Suki and this car is my baby. He has told me about you,” Suki said
“He talked about me?” Dixie asked
“Yeah, all the time. I thought i wouldn't meet you but he was embarrassed to tell you that I beat him three times,” Suki said
“It wasn't three times, Suki,” You said
She laughed and nods, she put up three fingers. You grabbed Dixie’s hand to talk in private, you walked away from Suki and headed to the parked cars.
“What is going on” Dixie said
“I’m a street racer,” You said
“Is that why you stay out late and be tired around me?” Dixie asked
“Yeah, that's why. I didn't tell you because I told my ex-girlfriend, and she didn't like it. She wasn't supportive and she thought I was having sex with every girl here and that wasn't true. I didn't tell you because I was scared that it would change our relationship and we will break up and I don't want to lose you,” You said
“Now I get it, Y/N. But I wish you had told me instead of me tracking your location,” Dixie said
“I figured you did that since you found me. I’m not having sex with girls here, I would never cheat on you,” You said
“You have been texting Suki about cars?”’Dixie asked
“Yeah and when is the race. We would race for money,” You said
You unlock your phone and give it to her.
“I thought you were cheating because you would hide your phone from me when you texted. I got paranoid,” Dixie said
“I’m sorry, I really am. Are you okay with me being a street racer?” you said
She put her hands on your face and you feel her lips on yours. You start to kiss her back and you wrap your arms around her body.
“I don't want us to fight and hide stuff from each other,” Dixie said
“I agree,” You said
She starts to kiss you again and she has her arms around your shoulders. You kiss her cheek then her neck and she smiles. After the kiss, Dixie stood with the crowd and you got in your car. The race started and she is in shock of how fast your drove, she did cheer for you.
You did win the race and the money prize. Dixie hugged you and kissed your cheek, she is happy for you.
“Oh my god, I can't believe how fast you were, babe” Dixie said
“I’m happy that now you can see what I do” You said
“Do you want me to come again?” Dixie asked
“Yeah, I mean if you want to. Do you want to feel the rush? Of how fast it goes,” You said
“Okay,” Dixie said
You and Dixie get in the car. You drive away from the crowd and you look at her and she is feeling a little bit nervous.
“I’m only going to drive fast around the block,” You said
You start to drive fast around the block, and she holds onto her seat.
“Oh my god, Y/N!” Dixie said too loud.
You are going 158 mph then you slowed down and headed back to the crowd. You two get out of the car and you rushed towards her.
“Are you okay?” You asked
“You drive that speed in every race?” Dixie asked
“Yeah and the nitrogen gas does help go faster,” You said
“Promise me, you will try to be careful when you race. I don't want to lose you and I don't want to get a phone call in the middle of night that you were in a car accident from racing,” Dixie said
“I promise I will try to be careful,” You said
She kissed you on the lips and you put your hands on her hips, then you kissed her back.
You and Dixie leave then you drove to get something to eat. You and Dixie eat in the car and you tell how you started to race in your first car.
