Hamster Club 3 is a virtual pet game developed by Nekogumi and published by Jorudan, it was published in Japan in 2002 and translated to English and published by Ubisoft in 2007
There is very little documentation on this game, no matter what I searched in both English and Japanese, there is a brief mention on the Petz wikipedia, and another brief page on The Cutting Room Floor, and a barren summary on GameFaqs(That seems to be copied on most other sites refering to the game). Most other pages on the inernet are Rom Downloads, Online Emulators, or Online Stores selling phycial game copies.
Most if not all sites, when searching in Japanese, are about sellin physcial copies, and I could find no game guides/walkthroughs or scans of the guidebook that apparentlly came with the game cartidge, not in in English or Japanese.
Petz Hamsterz Life 2 was NOT made by the same company as Petz Hamster Life for the NDS, and merely shares the same series name in english. As far as I'm aware, Hamster Club 1, 2 and 4 remain in Japanese with no english release or rom patches.

Jorudan, as a company is still around(As of 2020) but they have not published a game since 2009, and have not published a hamster club game since 2007 with Petz Hamsterz
There is no documentation of sprite or music rips and there is no page on the Spriters Resource(However there is one on the NDS Petz Hamsterz Life :[ .)
A short discussion on the game was had about a year ago(as of time of writing) on Reddit, the OP claims they would gather information about it and make a Guide, however since then OP has not made any posts on Reddit
the NDS version is usually what you get when you search Petz Hamsterz Life 2 because of the similar names, and searching Hamster Club 3 will get you mostly online emulators or phycial copy sellers. this makes it conpletely infuriating to research, especially because I cannot read the Japanese websites without aid of a translator, SO IF YOU FIND ANY DOCUMENTATION, GUIDES, GAMESHARK/ACTIONREPLAY CODES ANYTHING, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! anything and everything is welcome !!!!
