Stuffed Chicken Thighs for You and Your Dog

Chicken Thighs, trimmed to 5% fat Spinach Egg, divided Parmesan, Chili and Ginger to season the human's These are all safe for dogs, so you don't need to worry about cross-contamination, and you don't need to worry about indigestion if it is only exposed to the cheese and seasonings instead of being dressed with them directly Plus Zucchini and Sweet Potatoes

Mix egg whites with spinach for the dogs and yolks with spinach, cheese and herbs for the humans Place the mixture in the middle of the chicken thigh, roll up and put in a frying pan or baking dish Cut sweet potatoes and zucchini to no more than 1/4 inch thickness and scatter across the chicken Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F

Gy-Ruffs and Pupmus

Ingredients:

330g (a little over 3/4 lb) Ground Turkey

100g (~2/3 Cup) Cooked Chickpeas

94g (a little over a Cup) Broccoli

94g (~2/3 Cup) Sweet Potatoes

74g (a little over 1/2 Cup) Carrots

4g (3/4 teaspoon) Sunflower Oil

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground salt

Directions:

1. Form the turkey into small rectangles and cook in a nonstick pan over medium to medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165

2. Puree chickpeas, sunflower oil, lemon juice and salt

3. Roll the sweet potatoes and carrots up in a damp towel and microwave for 5-6 minutes, until tender. Steam the broccoli according to the instructions on the bag and strain excess water into a bowl for the dog.

4. Lay a pita out. (*Optional: Add dog-safe mayo or tzatziki sauce) Pile the vegetables in the center and wrap the edges around the filling.

5. Enjoy!

**Note to Daisy: Serve with 1 egg, 3g salmon oil, and 7.5g Nutrient Mix for a Waffles Serving.

Salmon Street Tacos

Ingredients:

152g (~1/3 lb) Salmon

151g ( just under a Cup) Cooked White Rice

68g (just over 1/2 Cup) Green Beans, cut to 1/2 inch

57g (just under 1/2 Cup) Shredded Sweet Potato

Directions:

1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packaging and set aside.

2. Steam the green beans

3. Use a fork to shred them apart and set them aside

4. Steam the shredded sweet potatoes until tender and no longer crunchy

5. Cook salmon in a nonstick pan over medium to medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165 F

6. Fill soft taco shell with rice, green beans, shredded sweet potato, and salmon

7. Enjoy!

**Note to Daisy: Serve with Green Bean Sticks, Fried Pawliflower, and Sweet Pawtato Bites (using the same egg); and add 7.5g TFD Nutrient Mix to make a Waffles Serving

Breakfast Salad

Ingredients:

104g (3-4 cups) Chopped Spinach

84g Diced Broccoli

52g Diced Carrots

88g (just under 3 large) Eggs

4g (just under 1 teaspoon) Sunflower Oil

Directions:

1, Evenly coat a pan with sunflower oil and warm over medium

2. Roll carrots in a damp towel and microwave for 3-5 minutes, until tender

3. Add eggs, broccoli, and spinach to the pan and cover

4. Cook until the whites are opaque and add to a serving bowl with the carrots

5. Enjoy!

**Note to Daisy: Add 7g salmon oil and 7.5g TFD Nutrient Mix, and serve with Turkey Chasers and Toasted Floof to make a Waffles Serving.

A Healthy Meal For All

Chicken couscous is a delicious and nutritious meal that is loved by many. What makes it so great is its combination of flavors and textures. The tender chicken provides a satisfying protein, while the couscous adds a chewy and slightly nutty texture. Plus, this dish is easy to prepare and can be customized with a variety of vegetables and herbs, making it a versatile meal that can be enjoyed any time of year by anyone, including our dogs. When preparing the Waffles' food, I will oftentimes prepare an ingredient separately in order to create a wider variety of treats to feed her throughout the day without having to give her more food than she needs. I got the idea for this dish when I was preparing a chiken and couscous recipe created for her by her licensed veterinary nutritionist. I prepared the apples separately because they would be easy to use as a sweet training treat later that day, and while I was making her couscous, it smelled so good. I thought to myself, "I should make this for myself but without the salmon oil and supplement pack." I'm not a fan of salmon oil. So, I did. I browned the extra ground chicken for myself and added in couscous, broccoli and kale. I seasoned it to taste, and the pairings of textures and flavors was better than I had imagined.

A Snack For All Adventurers

Trail mix for dogs is a great way to provide them with a tasty and healthy snack while out on a hike or walk. However, it's important to choose the right ingredients to ensure your furry friend stays safe and healthy. Some good options include unsalted and unbuttered nuts, dried fruits without added sugars, and small pieces of lean meat.Avoid using chocolate, raisins, or any ingredients that are toxic to dogs.Always consult with your veterinarian before introducing new foods to your dog's diet. Cashews are a very soft nut, whereas almonds are very hard and tend to cause gastrointestinal blockage in dogs, so it's best to opt for sliced almonds if you are planning on sharing yourtrail mix with your canine counterpart. Peanuts are another great option for a dog-safe nut in trail mix, but I am not a fan, so I opt for other ingredients since I eat much more of our trail mix than my god, Waffles, does.

Cashews and almonds are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Cashews are a great source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, while almonds are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Beef on Bread

Beef sandwiches are a classic and delicious meal that can be enjoyed in many different ways. The key ingredient, of course, is the beef, which can be cooked and seasoned to your liking. Some popular types of beef sandwiches include roast beef, Philly cheesesteak, and French dip. The fact that there are already so many variations of beef on bread that we already enjoy make it that much easier to put together a beef sandwich in our own kitchen using whatever deli meat or leftovers we have on hand. t's important to remember to consult with your licensed veterinary nutritionist before making any changes to your dog's diet, though.
