Use this easy recipe to make mouthwatering homemade donuts. These donuts have a fluffy, light texture and a delicious powdered sugar coating. Suitable for any time as a sweet treat or for breakfast!

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup milk. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Oil for frying. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating.

Instructions: In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350F 175C. Carefully drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning them for even cooking about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove donuts from oil and drain on paper towels. While still warm, coat the donuts with powdered sugar by rolling them in it. Serve and enjoy your homemade donuts!
