alr i noticed this whole ago i thought id share it with y'all anyone notice that the 13th doctor's coat for her tux looks a lot like it couldve been one of the 12th doctor's old coats, in-universe? like it has the iconic red lining of his and not to mention it being a bit oversized for 13

Since there are a lot of people who just watch New Who and dont watch Classic, I feel like I need to clarify this for ALL of you...
these two fine fellows, although they play the same character... ...they do NOT play the same character
...hopefully y'all understand w/o having me going into depth lol
so um apparently, Hideo Nakata (the guy who directed the og "Ringu" movie) ...directed "The Ring Two"... ...no wonder it was so much better than the first movie i won't go AS in depth about this movie like i did for the first, but what i'm really proud of is they went for their own plot this time, which was a gripe i had with the prev movie
not very scary but that's understandable--most Ring movies aren't. however, the tension is THIS movie WAS quite real. esp the bahttub scene at the end.
this movie didn't speedrun through the events this time around, which was good (it actualy felt slow but that's because the people themselves moved slowly--which was also a thing in the first movie but i didn't mention it i dont think)
honestly, even tho it wasn't the best movie i've ever seen...
slightly BETTER than Ringu 2.
6/10. i am again surprised with my rating, but this time in a more positive manner. good job, folks (also samara's creepy movements were very cool. and less horses and more samara lore POG)

i had a funni thought. what if, in tlok, zuko tries to be like uncle iroh?
in the sense that he's quoting epic proverbs
but here's the catch:
he's PAINFULLY terrible at it
like some real "You have to look within yourself, to save yourself from your other self. Only then, would your true self, reveal itself." type stuff
and every time he says a wack proverb, everyone looks at him like he's just said he loves putting toothpaste in his ramen
no snitching -> iroh wouldve sent his fleet -> unaloq wouldve been distracted, if not wiped the floor with -> korra wouldve had an opening to close the southern portal -> 10,000 years of peace, as the fight b/w raava and vaatu wouldn't have happened this time chief beifong was right about korra letting him off easy. imo, this was more of "you're off team avatar" offense than "breakup with korra" offense.
