Tree hugging game is strong.
Made it to the gym this morning on a getaway Friday. I think all of the maintenance I did on my back/leg/hip helped yesterday. The last few days I have been doing mostly seated exercises at the gym, to keep from adding extra stress to my back. And a Flex Friday for @marine-corps-strong and @m0tiv8me
Made the gym this morning and was planning on some afternoon activity, but rolling, stretching and theragun will have to do. Back/hamstring/sciatic cluster is really fired up. I have been trying to get it quieted down all afternoon, but so far been unsuccessful. It's very frustrating.
I got off to a rough start this week, but still managed to get in 2 runs, 2 gym sessions, a swim and a bike ride. Hopefully I can find my groove soon, everything just feels like a grind right now.
Bang bang.
A successful 36 holes yesterday, not enough sleep and too much alcohol. Time to do it again today. Hit it hard.
One of these things is true.
Had a lunchtime team building burrito event today. Dressed appropriately.
