Does anyone know whether Constance was originally intended to be romanced by either of the Byleths?

She is one of the only women to actually propose with a ring to the PC first (edit: Marianne also), and her final picture, similarly to Dorthea or Linhardt, does not contain the avatar.

A bit of a cry to the void, but I have looked around and cannot find any information either way. Was she meant to be a neutral love interest?
