                   Yet another eccentrically dressed traveller had found their way into his courtroom. What set his latest guest apart from the rest was his choice in companionship; accompanying the man in the odd shorts and the hooded jacket was a small, round... Thing that he’d never seen before, but that was unmistakably eyeing him while they spoke. He’d enjoyed the company of King Travant of Thracia in the past, but he’d never been one to enjoy his wyvern’s companionship quite as much. Arvis suspected that the beasts of the realm could recognize Loptyr’s blood in him in a way that humans were blind to, and reeled at the scent of it whenever he drew in too close. Horses and pegasi reared back and whinnied whenever he drew too close, griffons shrieked, wyverns nipped at his arms and hissed, and the thing that was with the man looked like none of them. He could not gage its response

                   ( The thing, he might one day learn, was in fact a Goomy.                           It hardly mattered in the then and there. He hopped up                           Out of his throne and shuffled back all the same, uneasy. )

                   "... What was that??”

                   "Cosplay?? I’m not sure what you’re talking about... What is it you need something quick of??”

i love all of these !!! i’m totally down to discussing the last one too, they’re my absolute favorite and if it’s something you wanna discuss further you can TOTALLY run at me for it !

there’s a moment of relief when raihan helps him escape the overly eager hatchling of dragon types. remind him never to wave a set of treats in front of them in hopes of having some goodhearted fun - though, raihan did warn him : i’ll be fine, i’m sure! leon pridefully replied, yeah right the guy was swarmed so fast he didn’t think it was possible for them to move with such vigor. now pried out of their grubby little digits, leon was keeled over, gathering his breath.  ❛  thought i was a damn goner there -  ❜

&  suddenly there’s a burst of laughter in response. to which leon’s gaze trails upwards to stare at his rival before him, laughing with gusto at the whole scenario. flustered at the embarrassing sight it must’ve been, leon pouts before crossing his arms.  ❛  oh, ha - ha. okay, you warned me!  ❜  i told you so would definitely be a fitting response to all of this. but it’s when raihan’s phone swerves around to aim the selfie camera at leon for him to see the utter mess he was. his ponytail was tugged out of its band so bad that it was all lopsided  &  loose strands were wildly sticking out of certain spots. his face was red from exertion  &  his shirt was disheveled from when they tugged on it. it’s probably stretched out now. 

but all leon could do was snicker before letting out a boisterous laugh at the sight of his messy state.  ❛  raihan! you don’t need to be so rude by laughing at me!  ❜  despite the comment, leon is wiping a tear forming in the corner of his eye from laughter.
