Estun ocelli al barola is a Italian cheese which have been aged in leftover grapes from Barola wine making. It is a very good cheese with a powerful, somewhat sweet, taste. I wanted to try to have it in a sauce, similar to a Gorgonzola sauce. The result was really good, especially with the Hanger Steak.

I served the meat with broccoli and fried mushrooms.

If my ac breaks, since it gets really hot where I am, where could I put my marimo? I heard you could keep them in friges! Also, it's been pretty warm would it be okay to put an ice cube in there if the water is warm?

You can put your marimo in the fridge, and it’s absolutely ok to put ice cubes in their water!

I put ice cubes in with my marimo after every cleaning! It helps keep their water a nice cool temperature.

List of fish that pair well with marimo?

I haven’t found an exact list but goldfish are a big no! Bettas are ok.

If your planning on putting a marimo in a tank with other fish just do some research to see if any of the fish you have eat moss/algae

Any signs of a splitting marimo? I think mine might be splitting.

There isn’t really any key signs to splitting aside from the marimo obviously shedding off. 

If it’s splitting in half you may be handling it too roughly or not enough.
