Estun ocelli al barola is a Italian cheese which have been aged in leftover grapes from Barola wine making. It is a very good cheese with a powerful, somewhat sweet, taste. I wanted to try to have it in a sauce, similar to a Gorgonzola sauce. The result was really good, especially with the Hanger Steak.
I served the meat with broccoli and fried mushrooms.
