If your book is called the rule of Four. And you have Four main characters, and a big mystery to solve. maybe. use. all of them to solve it. please. I like that it corresponds to a set of four directions; but it would've taken a single paragraph to build a corespondance to the characters. Making Gil leave with some trophy wife and never adress anything that happened with Charlie may be more accurate to real live, but Come On man. Speaking of Gil, why did every other character get to help solve the puzzle in some way except him?? I'm going to become a novelist with all these fix-it fics. Paul is very capable yes yes, but it would've been cool if he needed all his friends so the four of them could open the crypt together.
