I’m so sorry but I 100% would’ve knocked Thua’s teeth in. I just cannot get over him just airing out Akk and aye’s relationship. It’s one thing to air out that Akk has had a hand in the curse, but to air out their relationship!!??? Additionally, why didn’t he sell himself out for burning the doll and dropping the banner? He made it sound like Akk did every single act, boy gtfoh.
Nah fr let me at him
I'm afraid. First Kanaphan as Akk Pipitphattana (The Eclipse, 2022)
we set fire to our sorrow, and watched the hurt go up in flames
Akk + ไอ้หน้าไม่อาย | The Eclipse (2022) Thai ไอ้หน้าไม่อาย / Romanised ai'hna-mai-aay / translated (Ai')Shameless. A play on Ayan's nickname, Aye (also canonically spelled อาย, meaning shy). Akk uses the (vulgar/casual) naming particle "ไอ้ / Ai" before the phrase. He's not calling Ayan shameless, he's calling Ayan "Shameless."
Akk + ตัวเล็ก | The Eclipse (2022) Thai ตัวเล็ก / Romanised dtua-lek / translated little one. A term that has been translated to mean dozens of different things (from Chipmunk to simply babe) in dozens of different shows, used for younger siblings, children but especially as an endearment toward romantic partners in dramas. In the case of The Eclipse, the nickname substituted was Shortstop.
Bonus "jiu" (จิ๋ว / meaning "tiny"), which I wish we had more of:
[ Why are you here, then? ] I'm a student prefect. First Kanaphan as Akk Pipitphattana (The Eclipse, 2022)
The Eclipse (2022): Episode 1 | Episode 12 Khaotung Thanawat as Ayan Sukkhaphisit; First Kanaphan as Akk Pipitphattana
