The property, distinguished by both its design and location, spares no detail. With over a thousand square metres of private gardens, the villa features an 8x4-metre swimming pool and a heated spa for six people, available 24 hours a day at 38 degrees. All this is set in an environment of complete privacy, with spectacular views of the sea, mountains, and the illuminated Nazarí Castle, which stands majestically at night. “Where everything smells of countryside, colours, and water. Where peace, love, and tranquillity are felt to the sound of birdsong,” reads the description on the accommodation platform.
Located just two minutes by car from La Caleta beach and less than an hour from Sierra Nevada, for Alcalde, this villa offers a privileged setting with 365 days of sunshine and a subtropical climate, characteristic of the “eternal spring” that defines this area of Granada. “The views stretch from tropical vegetation to the waters of the Mediterranean, and every corner of the house has been designed for rest, comfort, and enjoyment.”
