Sometimes we need to make a bow and arrow, before revelations come as to where we should search with food.

“. . .blessings that God is willing to grant. . but are conditional on our asking.”
I’ve always loved this concept, because there’s a lot that Heavenly Father is perfectly willing to give us, He just wants us to ASK HIM. He wants us to have that relationship with him that when we are in need, we will go to Him in faith and ask for help (be it comfort or strength or health, etc). But so many of us (me included) miss out on blessings because we don’t ask, whether because we don’t THINK TO, or we THINK that we won’t get an answer for lack of faith.
ancient fiery serpents. . dragons. were the Israelites chased by dragons?
This is the second talk to mention God’s time table. Maybe the third. I’m thinking this is gonna be one of those recurring themes this conference
NEW MORMON MESSAGE
Spiritual Dynamite
Invite more spiritual power into your life by combining family history with the blessings of the temple. Elder Dale G. Renlund has promised that those who do will experience protection from temptation and receive personal power to change, repent, learn, become more holy, and help turn the hearts of family members to “heal that which needs healing.”
A repenting sinner draws closer the God than the self-righteous person who condemns that sinner.
