I'm gonna throw a TW here for disordered eating. I'm not gonna get into why the reader isn't eating enough, just that they aren't, and they're brushing it off. There won't be any body image talk.

It would probably take a few days at least for Euro to notice that you weren't eating enough. It's not that he isn't paying attention to you deliberately. He just seems to me like a very messy eater who struggles to maintain any kind of focus on anything but what he's eating.
When he does notice, he'll probably get a little insistent and aggressive about making you eat, unable to understand why you won't. Euro is the most likely to try and force-feed you if he gets really worried. If that doesn't work, he'll default to annoyance and snap at you.

I think that Jack's initial reaction would be to think that you're just being a brat, and he might take on a 'fine then, starve' attitude until he realizes that you're not trying to get anything out of this and even seem embarassed when he brings it up in an annoyed growl after watching you poke at your dinner for the third night in a row.
Only then would he start to worry. This would be one of his softer moments, where he laces your fingers together and talks to you in a soft voice, trying to get to the bottom of things.

Mikey can be a little clueless, so I think it would take him a while to notice, especially if you're eating at least a little. He'd ask about it, then push if you didn't want to talk. He'd get super worried and hover around you whenever he's home.

I think that if/when he does notice, he'd try to get you super stoned to try and trigger the munchies, and if that didn't work, he'd try to see if a change of scenery helps and would take you somewhere new, hoping that the long hike makes you hungry enough to cave.
