Put Associate in some clothes. For the hell of it. Probably how he'd dress if it were modern times and he never went to work at the company. Or maybe not, I'm just gay.
any particular thoughts on your coworkers? (Canon Elehitch characters, other Elehitch ocs)
> "I have a few."
> [You lean back in your chair and take a deep breath.]
> "The Interviewer doesn't like me much, I don't like him either. I avoid him, D's the only one out of us who really talks to him."
> "That blonde Nepo Baby pisses me off. I don't know how much work the guy is actually doing, but any time I look at him he's either slacking, smoking, drinking, or all of the above. His Cousin is alright, though. Tolerable."
> "Pretty neutral on the New Guy. He seems nervous around me."
> "Human Resources is funny. Not that I talk to 'em much. I get a lot of looks from them, probably heard about me a million times."
> "Belt guy on the other hand I don't mind, he's not a bad guy. Little weird but that's alright. That Desk Lady sure is something though. She's not careful about how she talks around me. Should be. Lotta filthy thoughts coming out of her mouth."
> "And there's Eugene...
"Eugh."
> "...The Robot and I don't talk much, don't know 'em too well, aside from their aim. Rot Guy doesn't talk to me much either, but he's alright. Smells like something died in his suit though, I don't know how that twink can stand being so close to him."
> "Valet Chick is alright. She mostly works outside the building, so we don't cross paths very often."
> "I don't talk to many of those folks very often, so I don't have too many thoughts on them."
There were way too many lines overlapping to put in one screenshot so I made one for each character. If you’re not sure why I made a certain opinion that way, feel free to ask, or if you think it’s out of character and would like me to change it, PLEEEEASE let me know! I’ll do a revised version after a certain period of time if I fucked it up enough lol.

Apparently I've never posted a full ref of these two.
Associate and Dissociate!
Associate:
Irritable and abrasive, Associate is certainly a very strange person to see in the higher offices of the company. Though he lacks the charisma and corporate niceties that would be typically seen in higher-ups, he is a very committed man with a strong work ethic, alongside the durability of a train made from titanium and very little tolerance for misbehavior.
When he first entered the company building, he had been whittled down to his last bit of life, lacking hope but still chasing opportunity seeking to regain his footing. The elevator, by policy, had put him through a similar process to that of Protagonist's. Though unlike Protag, he didn't go through it entirely as intended.
Rather than solving puzzles like one would hope he would, he continuously brute forced every task, putting his body through hell, but strengthening his resolve. And surprisingly, his body would slowly begin to keep up. Radiation becoming no more than a harsh irritant to his skin, fire licking at flesh until the only burning smell was the room around him and his cheap suit, bullets embedding themselves in his skull only to be plucked out. The torture didn't break his spirits, it only pissed him off.
At least, until he finally met the man at the ninth floor. No, this task was different. This wasn't something he could brute force, no matter how much he wanted to, no matter how strong his body could get, it would bend to the will of the interviewer. And every time, his mind would be forfeit to the company.
The final act of resistance that Associate could perform wasn't one of fight, but of giving up. If he was meant to fail, he'd do it on his own terms. He'd give himself to the company out of spite, not submission.
So with a deep breath and tired mind, he reached up to his own head, and tore the skin from his face.
Dissociate:
Dissociate is nearly the perfect employee for a place like the company. Pleasant, hard working, constantly picking up the slack to ensure everything remains efficient and the whole place keeps on running. And always wearing a wide smile on its face. Usually of the two of them, most people know this man more, due to its presence during the day, while Associate would prefer to work at night.
Dissociate exists as the living manifestation of the company's desired version of Associate. Though unlike most folks affected by the forced alterations of the company, it isn't entirely brainwashed (despite its behavior before most other higher-ups seeming to indicate otherwise). Rather, it's simply a survival mechanism for Associate, given life.
The two share a body, and while they are on good terms nowadays, it wasn't always that way. Associate would come to find out when his face was returned to its rightful place that his final act wasn't particularly final, and that frustration towards the lack of freedom he'd hoped to attain would manifest in the form of spite towards Dissociate. And while it didn't feel any negativity towards him, it could certainly feel his residual anger in the back of its mind.
Why wouldn't he be angry? Another "person" parading his body around, being beloved by the company keeping him captive, wouldn't be particularly ideal to him.
Though as time went on, Dissociate would reach out to Associate through letters left on their desk, and the two would begin to communicate, slowly learning to share the life they both live. A system would come from this, alongside a newfound understanding between the both of them that they aren't as different as they'd seem. And an understanding of the mutual care they have for one another despite their situation.
And it's not like Dissociate isn't borne of any part of Associate either. It knows when the right time is to express the mutual anger they have within themselves, and while it may be more polite, don't mistake that for the incapability to be just as brutal as Associate is, both with its words, and at times, their fists.
More info/fun facts:
- Associate uses he/him pronouns, while Dissociate uses it/its. Unfortunately people often assume Associate calls it by those pronouns to dehumanize it. The both of them occasionally will refer to themselves as we/us, but not often.
- Associate used to be in a bit of a gay situationship before he joined the company. Though the other man had passed, which caused his financial and emotional instability.
- Dissociate ties its hair back out of an old habit of Associates, though it personally doesn't know why he used to do that, beyond doing it while focusing on tasks.
- Originally, Dissociate was planned to be Associate's doppelganger, I changed it because I liked this idea much better and found it to be a little more original.
- Associate owns a "World's Best Worst Employee" mug. It was gifted to him, and is his favorite mug.
- Dissociate wants Eugene dead. Very badly. He is the only person it harbors such feelings towards.
- Dissociate often mimics Normal Guy's mannerisms. Including his scarier expressions and behaviors.
- Associate drinks coffee straight from the pot, Dissociate scolds him for it, though it luckily no longer burns their tongue and throat after so long.
And to top it off here's a couple sprites I made a while ago ^^
