Here is the flag and ruler of the second kingdom on Ru’aira!
The loosely connected Elvish kingdoms of Ithildin gather under the banner of Ru’aira’s first city, Mélamarimma. Ruled by a supposed demigod, Priestess-Queen Mal’ryne Aleanna, the capital is a hub for knowledge.

Their general aesthetic is inspired some by the gelflings of The Dark Crystal.

A special subrace for Elves, quite simply it allows you to mix and match features from the existing subraces. You choose 2 existing subraces and get to pick between their ability score improvement and weapon training, in addition to getting 1 other feature from each (some grant a second related to the first), you also count as both subraces for magic items and feats.
I also included a varient rule for Eberron, Planeshift, and the 2 Unearthed Arcana ones.
