Tw: rant, anti-US (?)
One last post about twitter, i’m sorry but the way twitter is acting right now is peak US centrism and “American exceptionalism”. Like we need to only talb about that, it’s the only think that should be trending.
Supporting and tweeting about MCC would actually help, because people want to be included in positive thing and MCC Pride is making / going to make a lot of money which is a really positive thing.
Plus, and i hate to be that person, but not everything is about the US. Like seriously when a CC asked to not trend anything about him today. Someone asked for the context, in the comments of the twitter repost, and they got responded “look at the trending page”. This is such a US only mindset like i’m sorry but this is not going to trend in every country. I hope to see at least a hundred threads and have them be retweeted by all the update account the next time something happen in my country /sarcasm
Like seriously be vocal about MCC Pride because it’s a good cause. Yes, the situation in the US is bad. But it’s not because you speak about one minority that you can’t speak about the other minorites.
