I was drawing ship art of my oc's and my 8 year old brother noticed and goes "eww why are you drawing a guy and a girl kissing" And for some reason it got to me and i felt really cringy (idk why i let an 8 year old get to me💀)
But i said "screw it. Im not gonna let that stop me. So i finished the art and i was happy with it
So this goes out to the artists that have been told that their art is cringy or weird. As long as your art isn't harming anyone. I say draw what makes you happy. And what brings you comfort
Also to the people that call peoples art cringy. You all are a diffrent breed of asshole and i hope your phone/computer/ other device's charger only works at a very specific angle and constantly gets moved around
