Super stoked. I’ve recently started adding speed workouts to my running routine. 2 weeks ago I ran 5.7 miles at a 6.49 min mile. Last week I ran the same rout at a 6.41 min mile and today I ran it at a 6.38 min mile. Missing the trail this morning. Sometimes I really miss being a backpacking Guide and other times I’m so glad I’m out of that game. Maybe on different terms it would’ve been more enjoyable. Either way, there was something very satisfying about being outside most of the year.
