• Vhenshun has video diaries. Most of them are of him recollecting the events of the past day/week, but there are quite a few ones that include actual footage he recorded during the day. He has multiple labelled folders for them, categorized based on bigger events.
The more recent folders contain him getting to terms with his past behaviour and trying to improve. Along with some comments on the new abilities of the triples that got their rare forms, stuff he heard of Shadow Islet and stuff that happened during the Pomily concert in the Clubbox.
Before that, there are videos of Mech Islet and everything that happened there.

Early days. Trying to figure things out and getting used to... existing, really. Vhenshun hanging out with Piplash and teaching him hiw to ise different tools and equipment. • If anyone were to see Vhenshun's diary entries, they'd be surprised how different he looks in the different sections. Even those who were there from the start.
• Monsters tend to kind of pray to the Colossals and/or Celestials, and if they happen to have a specific goal in mind, they often pray to a specific being.
Enchantler often prayed to Dulcettéa and the the Colossal king, in hopes of that helping them ascend. They stopped after meeting Zarroë in the Pocket Dimension, but they still see them(Zarroë) as a symbol of achieving what is thought to be impossible.
• Rhysmuth keeps track of all the bets the Workshopeans made. It's quite a lot.
• (fits my human-ish Rhysmuth more, but) Like irl deer, Rhysmuth sheds his antlers and when they re-grow it looks horrifying because he's covered in blood and chunks of skin slowly peeling off of the antlers as they grow. He's alright! but the sight is far from pleasant :|
• More of Rhysmuth being a deer, he sometimes calls Pentumbra "bae" cos it sounds like bleating.
• The Quads and Bemeebeth have an around 6 months to 2 years of gap between each of them being created:

• Oogiddy loves foods that can be poisonous when prepared incorrectly, especially fish. The deadlier, the better. (She does know how to prepare them properly, but with her immunity to poisons, she's never at risk of actually getting ill from them.)
• Oogiddy is also a big fan of foods that are fermented, pungent or over all just have a lot of flavour.
• Ethereal Epic Wubbox makes shitposts like this.
• Attmoz and Galvana are the closest with eachother out of all the Celestials, they're bestfriends.

since phosphora moves around the planet, they have interacted with other titans and colossals before! everyone thought they were very sweet
the seasonals are kind of like benevolent spirits/fae creatures. their main goal overall is to just spread joy for the sake of joy and they have like. themed magical abilities which grow stronger during their respective holidays because of course they do
its theorized that if a holiday stops being celebrated, no new instances of its seasonal will be able to appear. none of the monsters really want to test that theory though so i guess we will never know
the stable ethereals witnessed the creation of plasma islet because frankly how do you not notice that sort of thing happening. theyre all very concerned for zarroës sanity.
technically anything you could call a colossal is equally wrong since their true names are incomprehensible to mortals. none of the colossals have yet specified the intended pronunciation of their name, but the monsters have accepted some more widely than others (this one exists because i say zarroës name weird but no one needs to know that)
words like ‘singing’ or ‘playing’ can be used to refer to any music-making, especially on a grander scale like during the island songs
there is no mirror zarroë like how there are mirror versions of the other colossals! the zarroë we know is unique to the main timeline which is probably for the best
this might not a headcanon because its technically kind of canon but uh. zarroë has noodle arms and i find that a lot more hilarious than i probably should
as part of ^this: the other colossals do not have noodle arms even in their incorporeal forms. zarroë used to get teased about it sometimes
theres more than one type of critter on each island!! the ones we see in-game are simply the most populous/least skittish
enchantler originally did NOT like zarroë, because they were EXCEEDINGLY envious. the parallels between the two of them wanting to achieve an impossible goal are so strong, but here zarroë is actually DOING the thing.
^not to mention that being a colossal, they were just handed what enchantler worked so hard for and still couldnt achieve! zarr is not the quietest neighbor to have either, which was very disruptive to whatever sulking enchantler was trying to do.
^theyre chiller now, but its very much a sulky teen and mad scientist dynamic since enchantler is younger than zarr. zarroë thinks enchantler is cool if a little tetchy, enchantler thinks zarroë is annoying as hell and mostly stays in its room grove of trees
while monsters do have names, its up to the individual when they actually give out their name. usually it happens during the first or second meeting but if for whatever reason they dont, using a nickname or their species is acceptable
^some mons will have a secondary name/preferred nickname that they give out on first meetings and will give their primary name to closer friends
^with certain classes of monsters in which its unlikely that more than one instance of a given monster exists at once, its acceptable to not have a name outside of ones species. usually folks like to have one just for the sake of individuality/identity tho
bright blue as a color is very heavily associated with powerful magics (see: its prevalence in relation to zarroë, enchantler, stair shaper, life formula/spark of life, probably more that i missed)
even before the crocus arrives (is born? blooms??) cruv'laapht often protects the torus from asteroids, either by snatching them up as they pass or by getting hit by one they didnt see.
titansouls generally begin life as a bit of a blank slate since theyre supposed to be sort of like the mouthpiece/avatar of the titans. the reason they have distinct personalities is because the titans usually remain in their own minds and bodies since its more convenient for them
the titans and titansouls have a symbiotic relationship-the titan is now able to sing and can keep a better eye on the ecosystem/inhabitants of the island (which is extremely important to the health of the titan) meanwhile the titansoul gains access to all the magical prowess, knowledge, etc of the titan and cannot get hurt/ill unless their titan does
