What does this mean to you? For me, it’s recognizing how I’m feeling before I react to stimuli (which is every experience) with taking time to pause and think about how I’m feeling? Why am I feeling this way? Are these feelings in my Energetic best interest? Meaning, does the situation cause me stress? If it does then it MUST be a reflection of how I perceive the situation from past knowledge. Instead, it’s BEST to acknowledge the stress, acknowledgment of the FEELING, sitting in those feelings by taking 5-10 deep breaths then coming to the realization that taking it personally satisfies the ego.
