Lost In The Crowd // Dacade
Englinton had turned out to be... well, interesting. Especially the drama that she'd been witnessing as the night unfolded. Some individuals had obviously had a bit too much to drink, others were dealing with the repercussions of that, and a couple of fights had been going on. It was ridiculously entertaining, and she knew that if she actually had a conscience it would be looking down on her amusement at the downfall of so many people's night. She had promised a couple of people a dance or two, though, so she stepped away from her date for a while to do so. She didn't much care for her date, he was dull and couldn't hold a conversation for more than five minutes. But, that was as long as she needed to make him give up his plus one to her.
After a couple of dances, Dakota made her way back to the table she had left Asher at, finding him sitting right where she had left him, scrolling through his phone - probably on Twitter or some other ridiculous waste of space app. "Go get me a drink, would you?" Giving him a sickly sweet smile, she waited for him to leave before she took his phone from the table where he had set it down, putting it in her clutch. Something, or someone, needed to save her from her nitwit of a date.
Angels on the Moon || Oliver & Blyss
The tunnels were no romantic affair. When he's overheard his parents talking about the event he'd always pictured some medieval escape with torches and chins held high, not the reality which was stooped over bodies in smoke filled cramped spaces and the constant whining of the girls who Casey had taken along with them. After they finally emerged from the underground, Oliver couldn't help but smirk as the group paraded towards the limo, that looked fresh from a local high school prom, screaming and cheering. Taking Blyss' hand gingerly, (he always felt like he was tramping on thin ice when showing affection to the girl) he lead her a little farther down the road, where his shining car was parked. "Nothing but the best," Oliver said with a smile, before holding up his clothing bag. "We're gonna end up dressing in the woods though."
Englinton || Ariana & Wyatt
After curling up for an hour or so beside Wyatt, sleeping away the time before the ball, the two were up and ready, their formal clothes in bags over their arms and casual but warm clothing covering their forms at the moment. Slipping out of Ketlar, Ariana looked over at Wyatt, her heart beating faster with the anticipation of them breaking all the rules. The air was cold, and punctuated by the loud sounds of construction over the corpse of Gwendolyn, so, taking a sharp breath, the blonde slipped her hand into her date's warmer and larger one, before breaking out in a run towards the fence.
