was psyching myself up to watch the new bridgerton season when it drops (really liked it before but due to a certain other netflix show i am lowkey actually heterophobic rn) but then i was reminded that there’s promised/canon yuri this season (even if background) so maybe things will be ok

OK enough negativity. What are your favorite thing(s) about Final Fantasy XIV? What keeps you playing, interacting with the fandom, making things from art to fanfic to crafts?

i could tear my laptop to shreds with my bare hands and i would enjoy it. i wish i had the money for a new computer

What I love about Taylor Swift is she’s never going to act like she’s above it all. She’s never going to attend an awards show and behave like she’s too good to be there, like she can’t be bothered. She absolutely will be bothered. She will be standing, clapping, dancing, and forcing every person around her to do the same thing because being privileged enough to be an international superstar sitting first row and an awards show is a dope thing and should be treated as such. Also, she’s not boring.

Another thing she’s always going to do? Be gracious and overwhelmed when she wins something. That never gets old for her because it SHOULDN’T GET OLD and if it does, I’m not sure you really deserve it anymore anyway. Being at a place like the VMAs in a room filled with talented artists and hearing YOUR NAME being changed above everything else? That should never be anything less than special and Taylor knows this!

It doesn’t matter how far technology is going to go I will always enjoy listening to a bunch of interesting people making conversation.

Look sometimes I'm gentle with what I like.

Somewhere I want to share but I'm scared of what will be thought of it. How others might influence my enjoyment.

Me sharing isn't unheard of, but If I try gently once and it isn't met with interest, then It's likely I won't mention it again. At least not directly in the same situation.

Just because you didn't notice me try to share doesn't mean I didn't try.

I could've been more forceful. But I'm not trying to sell my interests to you or anyone.

I like something because I do, and can do so separately from everyone and honestly. That's awesome.

Sharing can be fun. But it's not required of me.

And I don't deserve ridicule because I didn't share it better.

There's validity to enjoying things alone or without broadcast.
