breakfast - cottage cheese

lunch - almond milk and a protein bar (and two small bites of rice but I feel like that doesn't count)

dinner - mushroom burger with hummus?, jam on bread, kimchee

dessert - berry custard tart thing

snacks - nerds gummy clusters, apples and peanut butter, a few chocolates, tiny glass of soy milk, strawberries, sour gummies, a few pringles, rice cakes (2)
