Uugghghghg i wanna stop seeing homestuck^2 and anything epilogue related. Everytime I remember epilogue Gamzee i get genuinely upset, my favorite character just fucking ruined. Like it's extra worse because one of the super bad things he does (I'd rather not write it out) is something that happened to me and to see a character I love become the face of something I was put through is heartbreaking.

i’m trying not to comment too much on the epilogue, since i didn’t read it all

but taking a character who struggled so hard to be good, who heard that an alternate him abused Dave and was horrified by the idea, who realized all his manipulative string-pulling hurt his friends and decided not to do that, and most importantly is one of the few canonly gay characters, and erasing all that character development to make him an evil, manipulative jerk......

it makes me feel some kind of way, i’ll tell you that

I love June, but it sucks that she will apear only on HS2, that work that puts emphasis on "post/dubiously canon", and specially on the candy timeline, that has characters acting ooc on porpoise. I really wish there was a better environment to insert her on the story.

That's why I kinda hope Meat June is the one to appear first, as a ghost, because I'd imagine ghosts can trans their gender, and it wouldn't be the first time in Homestuck a character gets more development as a ghost than when they were alive.

june is deeply apathetic but the idea she is even capable of keeping that up for more than 12 years after sburb is absurd i dunno about anyone else but my apathy had begun failing at like twelve and she was already beginning to snap by late homestuck
