Why can't parents just turn on safesearch?

Because modern parenting is mostly comprised of keeping the baby from setting themselves on fire/electrocuting themselves until they reach age seven. After that, they just slap them with an electronic device under the guise of ‘technology is the future’ when, in reality, they don’t want to be bothered with child-rearing. 

And since they think that the world should center itself around widdle Sammy and Suzy Who-gives-a-shit-really, they just plop it in their kids’ hands and saw ‘don’t bother mommy and daddy, we’re off to go down a handful of silly pills and play “bedroom-wrestling”’.

And, of course, when a child wanders into something they aren’t supposed to because, really, when you don’t teach your children or protect them, they’re going to, they immediately blame everyone but themselves.
