Finding herself desiring company, Lorelai had asked Erebus if he’d want to join her for a walk through the most glorious, flora covered area of the park. Here she felt at home in the abundance of nature and greenery. Though he was a client, she didn’t ask for any form of payment from him, simply wanting informal company. And despite her not being too familiar with his kind, Lorelai believed it was best to try and socialize more with others. “Do you think we will get snow here this year?”

It kept him from being distracted. And it kept him at the center of the movements of the city. But now he had another mission from the Alpha. A mission that called for more prep and diplomacy before ever leaving the city’s walls. “I appreciate you taking the time to meet with me. You are connected to the Vampire inner circle in New York, are you not?” Of course Leo knew the answer to the question. But it wasn’t so much the confirmation he was looking for but to ascertain the current state of Erebus’ business relationships in the city to the north.
