John! I just find him so interesting, and compelling.

2. Favorite female character?

Amanda. She’s so tragic and her dynamic with John just breaks my heart I’m ngl.

3. Least favorite character?

Iiiii’m not sure. I’m not particularly moved by Strahm. I also care exactly like, 0 about anyone in Jigsaw. In fact, that one older guy who was an absolute ass? Hated him lol.

5. A character you wish could have lived?

Oh man. As much as I do love Adam and wish he could have lived, I gotta go with Amanda. I just wish she could have lived up to what John saw in her, I wish she could have passed her test and gone on to be John’s true successor.

6. A character you think deserved what they got?

Hoffman. He was an evil little dickhead and tbh he deserved to have his machinations thwarted lmao.

#@ op if u see this: when do u think did deidara join akatsuki bc he looked really young in the flashback #and he must have been joined before the end of part 1 since he in the ''oooh scary evil people'' scene at the end #and theres also a scene where u see how he destroyed iwa and kurotsuchi looks really young there #(oh and hes in a filler episode that takes place in part 1 but im not sure if u count the filler arcs) #also how the fuck does the main plot happen in only 2 separate years. what the fuck

Deidara was 19 in Part II, which means he was 16 in Part I. I would guess based on his size that he would be at least 15 when he joins Akatsuki, because he certainly doesn’t look as young as Team 7 or Team Gai in Part I flashbacks. 

So my guess for this flashback scene:

Deidara - 15

Itachi - 17

And consequently, not in this panel but present in this scene:

Kisame - 27

Sasori - 30

(And I mean, technically it’s even worse than that. Part II happens over a span of at most six months because of Mirai being born so soon after the war. Kishimoto really did himself dirty by making Kurenai pregnant because either none of the ages in the later manga/databooks are correct, or Kurenai was pregnant for like 18 months.)
