despite the fact she’s still trying to defame people who call out her blatant plagiarizing by claiming they’re plagiarists themselves, trying to make them out to be hypocrites, claiming they’re talentless artists who are jealous of artists like her, claiming they’re sockpuppet accounts of mine (even after given photographic proof they’re not), attempting to blackmail them into complying with her demands, or even going so far with me as threatening to have someone rape me and doxxing me more than once, Erzascarlet8 proves she’s still just a talentless hack who needs to leech off actual artists to share anything of quality.

not only has she blatantly traced from the Fairy Tail manga, she’s stolen from Getty Images as well this time. and it looks like rather than finding a way to rip it from the website without paying she just used a camera to take a screener vid of it. on top of that, she has the gall to present it as something she owns the rights to, as only the copyright holder has the legal right to list their work as being under a Creative Commons license.

omfg. even after visual proof that @vintage-mechanics isn’t me she still thinks we’re the same person. she’s got a post trying to make me look bad again and in it she tags things that relate to some of my online screen names and she included V.M. as well as the initials of my given name.

she’s also tagged her post in a way implying I’ve sent death threats. seriously, I’ve never done that. she’s never proved that I did, because she CAN’T prove something that never happened. and on top of never proving I sent her death threats, she’s never done anything to indicate the translation of that one thing she said on her facebook hatepage aimed at me that sounded like a threat to have someone rape me was a mistranslation and she didn’t intend it as a rape threat.

she also tagged it in French as something that translates to “Thief of personal data and publishes public.” which is highly ironic, given I’ve only shown a screenshot of her activity checking out my tumblr that included her IP number and the general information that gives. something I’ve proven isn’t theft of personal data and is NOT illegal to do. meanwhile she gave out my given name, address, and phone number and dug so deeply into my personal information she managed to mistake the birthdate of my friend who is about a year younger than me and lives down the street from me for my birthday. and that friend has minimal online presence. and she’s done that more than once. 

on what world is that more acceptable an action than what I did to show just how obsessively she had been checking my tumblr after she threatened me to take my statcounter down? and what does it matter that it shows what city in France she’s from since I knew it before because she had that information on one of her profiles, which is why I knew that was her, since, you know, I had hits from other French people showing up too.

I’d like to take a moment here to make a personal post, since it relates to one of the art thieves I’ve reblogged about here.

ErzaScarlet8, otherwise known as Erza Farron, Sasuke Scarlet, and a bunch of other names, has proven recently just how despicable a person they are.

beyond the art theft, beyond the harassment, beyond falsifying proof I myself was editing other people’s art, beyond doxxing me and acting like it was deserved because of a screenshot I shared which had her IP on it that showed how frequently she was checking out my main tumblr after she threatened me to remove my statcounter “or else”... she has gone even more low.

she used her kagemadara sockpuppet to post a screenshot trying to make me think she was contacting people who really knew me who were agreeing with her that I was a terrible person. in the screenshot it showed her listing several things she claimed I posted in falsehood. beyond things she’s done before like accusing me of using my niece’s name to make money off of people (she still apparently thinks that kickstarter for my niece’s comic to get a professional printing that Underbelly Comics did was me scamming people, even with the first volume of the comic being up for sale in digital form and the first batch of the print version almost being ready) she listed the fact I’ve mentioned my mom has passed away, implying I was lying about my mom’s death.

but that is not the worst part...

I made a comment on my main tumblr where I basically said “lol at her implying I was lying about my mom’s death.”

she proceeded to quote the “I was lying about my mom’s death.” part at the end out of context to her friends in a Google+ group owned by one Erin Anthony/PrincessElizabeth013 to make them believe I was someone disreputable enough to lie about the death of a parent to get sympathy.

making that even worse the tumblr post she got the out of context quote from included a link to my mom’s obituary. she had every reason to know that was a real obituary about my mom’s passing. it’s on the website for the local paper here. she’s stalked me well enough to know my name, address, the name of my father, and even more personal information despite the fact she lives in another country. she knows my niece’s name because of the kickstarter for my niece’s comic. all that information was there, she should have been able to see enough information to confirm that was my mom’s obituary. meaning even if it was a misunderstanding from translating it via online translator from English into her native language, French, she should have taken the statement as sarcasm if she really thought I had said that I lied about my mom’s death.

furthermore, I’ve had issues with depression for years and altho my depression issues had been minimal lately, her bringing the death of my mom back up like that made me relive being the one to find my mom had passed away while she was taking a nap and the aftermath of it triggered a major depressive episode I am still trying to deal with. 

showing no shame, no decency, no morals, she refuses to clear the issue up, allowing her asskissers to believe she was telling the truth when she shared that incomplete quote out of context to really believe I am that type of terrible person. to see them compare me to the lowest of the low, such as saying that I am “as low a Trump.” she has a clear out for it, she can say the translation she saw was flawed, but she will not recant. she continues to use an out of context quote related to one of the most emotionally traumatic events in my life to make people think I am a horrible person.

breaking down what you read in a French translation of my post is idiotic since I didn’t write it in French. you TRANSLATED IT INTO FRENCH and read the translation. and thus you read what I wrote wrong because of that translation. that is, if you didn’t intentionally quote me wrong.

the whole line was “lol at the yandere’s sockpuppet’s implication that I lied about my mom’s death” not just “I lied about my mom’s death”

let me make that easier for you to understand.

implication - to imply, to try to indicate something, usually without directly stating the claim. synonyms include “infer” and “insinuate”

to rephrase the line more simply “lol at you trying to insinuate I lied about my mom’s death.”

trying to put that thru Google Translate to get that in French I get “lol à vous essayer d'insinuer que je mentais à propos de la mort de ma mère.”

it’s probably not the best French translation since it’s an automated translation and not done by a human who is fluent in both French and English, but it translates back to English as “lol you trying to suggest that I was lying about the death of my mother”  on Google Translate, which is close enough to what I actually wrote it probably better conveys what I said better than the translation you got of what I originally wrote did. again, if you didn’t intentionally present what I said wrongly.

also, the real dumbass is the person who would blindly believe Erzascarlet8′s misquote of what I actually said, especially when there’s a screenshot that shows the full sentence she quoted only the end part of there AND they can see where it was posted and go check the link I shared, which leads to my mom’s obituary proving I didn’t lie and that Erzascarlet8 either read a translation of what I said that was less than accurate or intentionally only quoted the end of that sentence to defame me.

art thief, slanderer, and bully Erzascarlet8 is using pixiv now to share her copied art: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=12494667 if you know any pixiv users or know any Japanese perhaps this should be spread as a warning to Japanese artists. she's copied from pixiv users before and even reuploaded their art on dA without permission and she obviously hasn't learned anything so they probably could use a warning about her.
