I've actually been using more than sunscreen in the mornings, can you believe it? 😂 I'm great with my nightime routine, but my morning one has always been a little lacklustre, so when I got this @eskskincare C Serum Lite in the mail I decided to finally add some vitamin c back into my skincare routine! . The C Serum Lite is specifically formulated for sensitive, acne and oil-prone skin (there's a Reverse C Serum more suited to normal and dry skin types for those oh you that need a bit more moisture in your life) & touts an anhydrous (water-free) suspension of 10% L-Ascorbic Acid to help repair the visible signs of aging as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, skin roughness, redness and pigmentation. . I've been using it in my morning routine for about a month now, so I should be starting to see its effects by now, but to be honest I already noticed a huge difference in the overall tone of my skin well before this point. Like I've said previously, I can get a bit red in the centre of my forehead & on my cheeks, but pretty much within the first week of using the C Serum Lite that was starting to calm down again! Safe to say I've learnt my lesson about neglecting my morning skincare routine 😂 . A tad late for #texturetuesday but I wanted to talk about a funny lil thing called 4-n-butylresorcinol (4nB)! (Also can we petition to have all skincare be in pump bottle form? I love a good pump 😂) . I was kindly gifted this @eskskincare Enlighten cream to test out & 4nB (a tyrosinase inhibitor), along with my pal niacinamide, are just a couple of the great ingredients used in this prod, and it's geared towards helping improve hyperpigmentation, improve the skin's moisture barrier, & provide a more even skin tone overall. . I've been using it in my normal skincare routine as the moisturiser step & the info about the product suggests using it in the mornings & then also at night for improved results, but typically I don't have much of a morning routine other that a quick spritz of a moisture mist, so I've been using it at night religiously & then sporadically in the mornings when I remember 😅 (followed by sunscreen ofc) & even with my sporadic morning use I have found it has improved my overall skin tone while also being a really nice & moisturising cream to use at the end of my normal skincare routine. . So obsessed with my @eskskincare lately! My skin has been glowing and people have been noticing. Don’t you just love when people compliment you skin! This range was created by Australian doctors, dermatologists & scientists so you know this brand means business. I have been using the Mature Anti-aging kit for months now & totally loving the results i have been seeing. So happy 😀 I am going into the New Year with amazing skin. Using the @eskskincare range the last 2 months has done wonders for my skin. I have been using the Pigment & Anti Ageing Kit & I know it’s working as I am even getting comments from people who glowing and good my skin looks. Don’t you just love it when others notice it. I will have some before and after photos coming up soon. The Enlighten product has been one of my favourites as it lightens & brightens your skin & has done wonders on mine. It has provided such a even skin tone on me & I had heavy pigments. I use this in the mornings all over my face and concentrate more around my pigment areas. I have also being using the Zinc shade so I am not getting anymore sun pigments coming up on my face. It is a light white cream that soaks quickly into skin with little scent. I use this on top of my Reverse C serum. This range can be totally tailored to your skin type and skin concerns and with Evidence based results why wouldn’t you want to try this.
