Quick question. Is it possible to "cheat" at the offerings like in Stardew Valley? Y'know like how if you waited long enough you could just buy everything at the traveling merchant?

I'm just asking cause I almost forgot to offer a sunflower and I don't think I would've had enough time to grow more. I'm just wondering, if I do make a mistake like that, is there a way to recover or do I have to wait a year?
